Chris Britton is the managing director for Caddo Associates, a specialized boutique lobby firm located in Austin, Texas. Skilled in legislative and regulatory policy, Chris has provided counsel on budget and policy matters across all issue areas. He has served as deputy chief of staff for Governor Perry, policy advisor for the Offices of Governor and Lt. Governor, and committee clerk and chief of staff for legislative offices in the Texas House of Representatives. In the private sector, Chris worked for Accenture, a Global Fortune 500 Company, with the company's public service practice. His service included policy expertise, managing an initiative working with client legal staff to identify and resolve data sharing issues, and overseeing improvements in the processing of public assistance applications. Prior to his time with Accenture, Chris provided policy counsel to other private and public-sector clients. As part of his volunteer activities, Chris serves on the board of directors for the YMCA of Austin and the board of management for the Texas YMCA Youth and Government. He is a past chair and board member for the Austin Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of South Central Texas.
Wayne Hamilton is the founding partner of San Jacinto Consulting Group and a senior advisor for Caddo Associates. Hamilton is a past executive director of the Republican Party of Texas – the longest serving executive director in Texas history. During his tenure as executive director of the Texas GOP, Texas Republicans gained 623 elected offices, including control of every statewide office and the first Republican state house majority in 130 years. Hamilton has served as the executive director of the Texas Inaugural Committee in 2003 and 2007-2011, as the national political director for 2012, Rick Perry for President. As part of his political consulting services, Hamilton has assisted the campaigns of dozens of elected leaders across Texas at the local, county, state and federal level including those of Congressman Joe Barton, State Senator Kelly Hancock, Speaker of the Texas House Joe Straus, and many others. In 2014 Hamilton was campaign manager for the successful 2014 gubernatorial campaign of Texas Governor Greg Abbott winning the statewide election by over 20 points. Following that election, he again served as the leadership of the 2015 Inaugural Committee.
Tiffiny Britton has more than 23 years of experience working in the political arena at the state and federal levels. She spent eight years working in the Texas Legislature as a staffer in both the Texas House and Senate, serving as chief of staff for Senator Steve Ogden and director of the Senate Infrastructure Development and Security Committee. She’s worked on numerous campaigns at both the state and federal level where she gained expertise in grassroots development and fundraising. Working for a national public relations firm, Tiffiny honed her grassroots skills planning events and publicity for private sector entities and statewide associations. More recently, she represented the Texas A&M Engineering program as the assistant vice chancellor for government relations. With more than 12 years of experience as a lobbyist on issues in the areas of transportation, homeland security, technology, energy, public education and healthcare, Tiffiny is a seasoned expert in public policy and the legislative process. Tiffiny is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University and a graduate of Leadership Texas, a past member of the Texas State Agency Council, and a member and volunteer in numerous community organizations in Austin.
